Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products—including hair extensions, wigs, and eyelashes—and in strict adherence to federal and local health, safety, and hygiene standards, all sales are strictly final. Once an order is submitted and processed through our checkout, we do not accept returns, exchanges, store credit, or order cancellations under any circumstances. Please double-check all product details, hair lengths, styles, textures, and your delivery address before completing your purchase.

• Damaged or Defective Items: We perform thorough quality checks on every order before packaging. However, if you receive an order that is defective, physically damaged during transport, or incorrect (e.g., received an incorrect style or length), you must notify us within 48 hours of carrier delivery.
• Filing a Claim: Contact our support team via phone at (561) 825-2361 or reach out to us via direct message on Instagram @studiolounge23. Provide your full name, order confirmation number, and detailed clear photos or videos showing the issue along with the original packaging.
• Resolution: If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item for inspection. Items sent back without prior authorization will be returned to the sender. Upon verification, a replacement for the same item will be issued. If a replacement is out of stock, store credit or a full refund will be processed.

Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

Shipping Rates & Carrier: Rates are calculated automatically at checkout via USPS based on package weight and delivery destination.

Transit Time: Standard USPS delivery typically takes 4–5 business days once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking: You will receive an automated email notification containing your USPS tracking number as soon as your package label is created.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping addresses at checkout. Re-shipping fees apply if a package is returned due to an invalid address.
